canadians use the usa update too?

first time doing this sorry about the dum questions

i downloaded the 1.1.23 update

so i think i would open 2.9 US (USA) for me to update my cpu

so i downloaded the update to my documents

then i see the fire there i click it to open and it does so.

but when i read my ecu i dont see the 2.9 us update in the list only 2.6

2.6 is the latest update...They did not release a update for USA or Canada on the last release.
