How to open a Blinder head?

How do you open a m27 head to access the PCB (?) board?

The wire on the head got cut at the base of the head And wanted to see if i can open it up, desolder the wire connections and resolder it. But i can't figure out how to access the board. I removed the lens and that got me no where.

They're sealed with epoxy to keep moisture out. You're not likely to get to the PCB without destroying the head.

You're better off calling Blinder or your dealer to get it taken care of.

BlinderDude should be able to help you out, don't know if he'll be able to tell you how to open the head, but he might be able to help on a replacement or something like that, I would suggest shooting him a PM

Easy to do! Just do a search here and find pictures of the process. A hammer or vice works nicely.

I guess a recip saw will do fine. DUHHHHHH. lol, I don't plan on opening mine any time soon.
