Blinder software version 2.10???

I just read the CPU settings on the software..... it says
Region Code: 2
Software Version: 10

Just installed yesterday.
Is this the new update or am I looking at the wrong place in the interface?

It looks like new CPUs are shipping with the new version. Presumably, this would mean that 2.10 is officially in production. I wonder when it will be available to existing users.
