Problems with my m27 - No response from Blinder

I've enjoyed two (2) saves with my Blinder.. .

Lately i've been having problems with my M27.. After an hour of driving on setting ll (Laser jamming) i hear a beep and the solid green light starts flashing red..

If i turn the dial to the neutral setting for approximately 10 - 15 minutes and turn back to dial setting ll - i get a beep, a solid green light and it starts working again..

I've downloaded and updated my unit to the latest version of software offered on the blinder site. I called blinder support and left 3 separate messages (3 weeks ago) and have not received a call back.

any advice?

This does not sound like a software issue but a hardware issue. If you have a camera with night shot you can look in the heads to see if they are firing in parking mode. Also look to see if you have moisture.

Thanks for responding. I'll give that a shot and report back.
Moisture is doubtful - i'm in SoCal and temps were in the high 90s today.
