I thought RICE means when you try to make your car fast when it really isnt,like racing stripes or something like that,this is just costumizing and my car is more of a light silver color then the one the picture and is lowered, i also have tints and PIAA headlights on it witch i think they will make them look better

IMO Rice is anything on a car that DOES NOT make it faster, ie. lights, decals, stickers, cheap plastic spoilers, and that sort of thing

1) rice means changing the lights. (rice=white and most ppl buy altezzas which are white. thats where the word comes from)

Actually the word ricer comes because its usually asian people who drive imports so instead of racer,they call it ricer.
