My questions are:
-How much do they weigh?
-How much weight can they handle/withstand?
-How much hotter does the brake system get since there is no venalation to the brake rotors and pads?

I was thinking the same thing. Also, would the polycarbonate weaken or warp due to the heat? Wouldn't break dust blacken the whole thing?

the 2" thick set weighs 60 lbs for the clear part plus probably another 10 for the rest of the rim.

this will work for a show car, but for any kind of real world driving there seem to be too many problems
