    Default Lotus Elise oops

I feel sorry for this guy. Went to get new tires put on his Lotus Elise and was showing them the manual that instructs them on how to lift the car, well the guy left and I guess the mechanic didn't read the whole manual. What makes it even worse was they suspended the car up by the front wishbones.

I gotta say I agree with hole.......... while im not a fan of american cars the Vette IS my 2nd favorite of them all (2nd to a certain Saleen S7)........ i dont like british cars to much at all, they rank below the US IMO............ sure the Elise/Exige is a cornering monster......... but who needs that????

and as for a special way to jack the car........... only the English

Ive alwayse liked those cars, atleast the owner doesnt have to pay any repair bills, and will probably get free tires for a while.

Who would want a car that is only fast in straight lines? Sure, acceleration in a straight line is fun, but I would imagine that it would get boring after a while. Plus, it would get you a ton of tickets. Handling does not get boring because you can always have different combinations of tuns. You can also enjoy handling at low speeds and during normal driving around town.

Fast in a straight line never gets boring if it's fast enough. Corners are better when coupled with fast in straight, but horrible cornering means lots of fun powersliding!
