Regardless of who the LAW says has responsibility, the FACT says that when a human and a car collide, the car ALWAYS wins. So humans need to take responsibility to avoid cars when entering roadways. They can't simply expect cars to avoid them unless they don't mind dying when something goes wrong.
Dude, you're a f*ck-tard. The student-to-teacher ratio at most schools is over 30 to 1. THere is NO WAY every student will be completely supervised at all times. Many kids walk home or disembark buses close to a school.
The fact, you pinheaded twit, is that DRIVERS take COMPLETE responsibility for PEDESTRIANS no matter when, where, or how they end up there. Most state laws CLEARLY say that pedestrians ALWAYS have the right of way, in cross-walks or not.
Drivers need to slow down. And you need to shut up.
