What a waste...
Well folks, I'm in Germany again. Land of no speed limits and perfect streets, and what do I rent? (being the cheap bastard that I am?) A "Ford Fusion" (not the same kind we have in the US). This is a little 1.4L piece of crap manumatic...
The thing tops out at 150kmh.... this is so disappointing and such a waste.
The moral of the story is: When in Germany... won't cheap out on your ride... get a car that will let you enjoy the open autobahn.
Go to Nurbugring and rent the ring Taxi.

Well, I was trying to save money, but it really wasn't worth the annoyance to drive some european econobox.
In July when I come I'm going for at least an Audi A4 3.0
Why do that? Rent a 911 Turbo! Or hell if you go frequently just buy an old 930 or something. Probably cheaper than your Fiesta

Jeez, that's a smaller engine in the 7 series than the smallest engine available on the 3 series in America.
