Nice car. When I test drove this model I thought it was way more refined than the old one. But that refinement also made it feel a bit dull around the edges. Less agile, frankly . . . it felt a little fat. I wish they would stop trying to make it look pretty and keep it boxy. Great performer though but the dealer wouldn't let it go for under 34k after TTL.

"Too many doors" is a good point - and one I wholeheartedly agree with.

But on the other hand, it does bring so much convenience and utility into the equation (as does the hatch/5-door configuration), especially for those of us with little ones that tag along.

I, for one, am not complaining that there's now so many "performance" 4-doors (or more) around.... at least until Anna goes off to college.

I, on the other hand, have no children, and will not...I don't even drive around more than one friend at a time on a regular basis. To me, back doors, hell just all that STUFF behind my seat, seems far too large and heavy...there should be an engine back there, a rear axle, and nothing else

Kinda looks like a ford focus.

Damn, i swear ford is behind on everything just like cobra. The WRX is just sooo much prettier. That fkin ford looks like one of those Eagle cars.

I dunno, that's REALLY pushing it. I mean the only elements you can really match are the placement of the fog lights and the presence of a midwing. Nothing else matches, they don't even have the same number of doors.

You put the same set of wheels on that focus and add a hood with a scoop and from a distance you wouldn't be able to tell the cars apart. Just because they're not identical doesn't mean they don't look very similar. I think subaru destroyed the look of the STI, old style looked much better IMO.

BTW they come in 4 door.

The Impreza RS and WRX version does but not the STi version.
