Does he care that I have to pull my bumper off to change headlight bulbs?

I'd like to know what the flat-rate is. I had a turn-signal bulb go out and it wasn't that bad but I was going to put brighter hi-beams in while I was monkeying around.

I hope the factory headlight bulbs last a LONG time...

Bob Lutz retired. I was going to put brighter bulbs in my headlights but decided not too because it's a PITA.

    I'm blaming Bob.

One of the alternative meanings for "maximum" is: 'To create the vehicles that require the MAXIMUM amount of time and money to repair and upgrade.'

Don't forget, this is the same company which came up with the brilliant idea of requiring removing the AC in order to change out 2 of the 4 spark plugs on a Chevette.
