It's against CarFax's terms of service to do that, so why should anyone risk losing their account for some cheapskate total stranger?

I have asked on this forum years ago and someone politely gave me a check. I'm not new to this forum. I've been around buddy. Nor am I a stranger here.

I'm not a "cheapskate" as well. I never said I couldn't afford it or wouldn't pay for it. I just threw the question out there to see if anyone would be helpful. I was being resourceful.
