    Default Cheetah Mirror Ticket Savior

was in Cleveland (in THE ghetto) a few days ago and I was traveling about 45mph and the Cheetah mirror saved me from a ticket from the cameras that were there. The speed limit was 25mph. I would have never known there were cameras there if it was not for that awesome mirror by Cheetah! Great job Racer X and team! GREAT product. My father is addicted to it.

I haven't tried the Cheetah mirror, even though it looks really neat both in design and features. I would like to try their C100 since I think that is is something which my Dad might actually use.

The c100 is a great unit I personally love the over speed alert as it makes me exercise some control with my right foot

The mirror is nice cause it blends in and is much less obvious

I would like to get a C100 for my bike. I need to be able to hear it through helmet speakers though. Anybody know who might make a box that I could plug both my V1 and the C100 into and then to my helmet speakers? Need to be able to hear both at the same time or at least make 1 a priority over ride.

That over speed alert is exactly what my Dad needs. His mind always is on everything else except driving. When we were kids, my brother once said, "Dad! Pick a lane, any lane."

When cameras become a bigger threat in my area I will seriously consider the Cheetah C100. I don't want to change either mirror in my car or truck now. I really like how the Cheetah has direction based alerts, not diameter based alerts like with the Escort 9500ix.

You don't have to "change" the mirror. It just slips over the existing mirror, and it does so quite easily. I was leaning towards the C100 because I have courtesy lights on my mirror and thought the Cheetah might interfere. It doesn't. It fits just fine without blocking the lights or controls.

The view the Cheetah mirror gives you is just awesome! You can see all the way down to the laps of the people in your back seat, lol. Nice for keeping an eye on your kids. Or your prisoners.

Even if RLCs aren't a big concern in your area, it's totally worth it just to keep your RD from falsing when you're in the city. I'm sold!

I know you don't change the mirror physically. I wasn't clear with what I meant - and what I mean is I don't want a different mirror than what I have there now.

Have you got just a particularly awesome mirror on there already, or what, lol? You just don't want to change it from stock? I like the mirror over the C100 primarily because it's one less thing sticking out in the open and tempting a thief. They're not even going to notice a mirror.

I use one on the bike with my V1. I use the Vizalert too, so i have the visuals, and i run the alerts through the C100 and plug my helmet speakers into that. I actually tested a splitter setup with the V1 remote audio and a C100 and they both worked together, though not recommended, in case some kind of cross talk causes interference.
there are some options out there to have multiple devices with built in prioritization. that are corded setups.
Theres not much, at least that is close to affordable in wireless setups.
