Man wuts up with this......

I have seen like 20 cobras in the last two days...here in NH....its rediculous

I just walk by them and laugh......

This is because every store that you go into sells cobra, because of this, people tend to think that theu must be good.

On my campus thats all you see mainly. But what do you expect from college students. Surprisingly i have seen a few X50's around. :shock:

in MY college lot its X50 or bust, with the occasional Valentine (VERY RARELY)...theres no sight of Cobras except on those trashy rice cars

funny enough theres another car JUST LIKE MINE (97, Black, OE Spoiler, same 2.2l engine and all) with an X50 Blue (No im not halucinating my car :wink: , because this ones is cig ligter wired mid windshield, im the only one that ive seen Hardwired, heck the only on mounted HIGH for that matter)

All is not lost, I'm in NH and I have a V1 *and* and X50. But with all the Crapras around, it's hard to know if that odd Ka alert is real or not.

At my campus (actually just college parking lots)...

We have (literally) a breakdown very near these #'s of people with RD's

-90% of the people with Cobras. :roll:

-5% with Whistlers (Not bad)... many have 58's/73's

-4% Other... RS, Uniden, & PNI etc etc etc

-1% Top 3... I have the X50 & V1, and I have only ever seen one other kid with a X50 (And that was last semester... I havent seen any other Top 3's besides mine this year).

At my school as well I see a lot of crapras, back home I saw a lot more high end stuff but here it seems every car that even looks fast has a crapra or off brand and a lot of RMR (the expensive ones too nonetheless). A couple people have x50s one RX65 and I seem to remember seeing a couple V1's and one V995 which a friend of mine uses now after he got hosed by RMR last year as his first RD.
I actually bought the cheapest cobra I could find to do a funny comparison with and now I just keep it in my cupholder with the cig lighter plugged in so if anyone tries a smash and grab they snag the crapra instead my x50 which I keep very well hidden. I see it as $40 insurance policy on my RD.
