Interesting Story Ka Falses

So I was riding in my friends car last night, he has a Cobra that is about 1.5 years old and it was constantly falsing Ka bands near door openers that my X50 picks up as K.

I told him its time to get a real radar detector, but does anyone know why that owuld be happening? I've never gotten a Ka false, even with crapras.

probably cause Cobras often can misidentify k as Ka.

what are you talking about get a real detector?

Cobras get at least one mile alerts when it comes to laser detection
