The V1 will be very noisy in the city. If you can deal with this, and it wont annoy you or your passengers, go with a V1. It has hands down the best most reliable detection.

If you want to be able to lock out false alerts in the city and still have good detection on the highway, but with less information (arrows and bogey counter), go with a 9500i
