Well, a few weeks ago I had the power cord for my 9960G break. The parts fell in the car and I could never find the fuse. Cobra's call center was closed so I used the "ask Cobra" feature on their website. I was supposed to get a reply.
I happened to find the fuse the next day and managed to put the end of the power cord back together. So then I forget that I asked Cobra about the power cord.
Yesterday I received a package from Cobra. It was a new power cord. I thought it was pretty nice of them to go ahead and send a new power cord and I thought I'd check my email to see if I ever got a reply. Apparently I either missed it or I never got a reply.
So basically they never said anything, they just sent the power cord? Oh well, now I have two power cords.
