    Default Bagged another one

Cobra laser/radar detector mounted halfway up the windshield.

It said 360 on the top case. Looked pretty new.

81 in a posted 65. Rush hour weaving through traffic.

Instead off telling us who or what you caught, why don't you spill your sneaky tactics so that it doesn't happen to us. I could care less who you busted. I just want some intel.

I think he used the point and shoot method. He could be in a HighVis rain suit and the Cobra user doing 16 over while weaving in traffic probably would've missed him @ 341ft.

I'm talking about his tactics in general, not this situation. Also if the car was weaving through traffic how could he get an accurite reading at such close range. At 341 feet it would be even harder to keep the Lidar gun in a steady position, especially since the car was weaving in and out of traffic.

Its not that hard--I'm sure he has more than enough marksmanship training.

Sneaky tactics... for Pete's sake, the man publicly posts when and where he will be in a given location doing speed enforcement and sometimes his equipment in use...

What more do you want from him?

Well, I guess he is helping others that are from the area were he patrols although that doesn't help me. I want to know how LEOs think, and what they are taught when they go through traffic enforcement training. I want to know if he uses Q/T? This is what I mean by sneaky tactics.

It would be very hard to not get caught speeding while laser is being used, unless a jammer is being used. So to me it would be common sense that he catches those speeders and it wouldn't matter what brand radar detector got caught. Now if he was posting detailed info on how he caught speeders while using radar then I would be paying attention.
