    I do not know others will chime in, if you want the latest spend the $40 more and buy new which will be cheaper than ebay in the long run I would not pay over 220 there it is possible but a long time coming

    LOL. Like the video. Had one of those POS's donated to my collection. Tried to sell it to a local pawn shop and they even said "no way". Just paid $20 for the Whistler XTR-195 new at RatShack. It smokes any Crapra out there. Even the $200+ ones.

    If you buy off ebay check to make sure it is not stolen first, valentine1 website can help you find contact info. If you buy new $400 or refurbed $360 from valentine1 website it will be just like new.

    No it is not. I bought one from that guy before for $260 in cash. I met him for it. That one was in "perfect working condition" as well. I guess if perfect working condition means that it turns on then sure it was in perfect working condition, it just couldn't detect X, K, or KA band...
