Default Anyone test/compare detectors in city, around falses

Does anybody know of reviews, or have you done any testing of detectors in an area that is giving false alarms, to see how the detectors will do.
it seems most of the tests and reviews are done open road, no falses for best performance.
I'm curious to see how well they do at picking out a signal among false alarms, and if they even give enough warning.

I am compiling them still, and it should be done tommarow. I tested it out by falsing points in my city, and the amount of time it gives me when I go by a cop on that filter. I am only doing the test on the v1 as of right now, I will be running the tests on the x50 the following day.

The fact that the V1 falses more than any other detector (in the city) I have owned can not be argued. This is a FACT. it is as obvious as the sun is very hot. That is a fact. I would NOT recommend the V1 if one does a lot of city travel. The V1 is perfect for highway driving though. It AMAZES me that some people try to argue this fact including Valentine One Cusotmer Service.

I am seeing the RX65 picking up many auto-door openers, but it seems that once it IDs it as such it shuts up. I'll verify this at a Food Lion just down the street from me. I'll also ID the freq with the TEC display on.

    Default false alarms

every detector picks up door openers. If it doesn't it might be broken or not very good in detection range.
I own a Bel Vec. 995 which is the same as the RX65 and get these false alarms, too but not as much as with the V1 which goes off every time in the city

My V1 appears to do something similar in advanced logic mode. Sitting in a parking lot I might get 4 bogeys on X and K, but it will slowly filter them out to nothing. If I switch it back to all-bogeys it'll start going nuts again.
