Too much chrome in the wrong places - that's my take.
The vehicle is wide - and that places a lot of physical space between the headlights/foglights and center-mass. This could likely cause a violation of "the 18-inch rule," which can only, so far, be bypassed via use of laser-diode (CLED) based jammers.
Seating, take a breather.
Don't get rushed into this purchase.
Having such a deadline hanging over your head will not help you make the proper decision.
The
GOL's official as well as unofficial results both pointed to a weakness of the ZR4 with respect to the Ultralytes (thanks,
ELVATO, for pointing out his area of residence!

), which is something that, even if you decided to use VEIL to supplement the ZR4, you'd still have a hole in your defense, versus the likely more common 125 PPS version of this device.
I would be very, very hesitant to use the ZR4.
Although I agree with
ELVATO, in that in most real-world circumstances, you'd likely have enough time to slow-to-reasonable/PSL, remember, this is a game of odds.
All it takes is one PT to ruin your day with the ticket, plus years on your driving record and insurance premiums.
If you like those odds, play them.
I wouldn't.
Yes, a "better" jammer, overall, is definitely a more expensive proposition, initially. But seeing it as an investment down-the-road will paint a different picture.
I'd recommend that you do without a jammer for now, and take the next few weeks to truly explore your options in-depth, and do some homework/research, before committing.
