I honestly don't see what's wrong with educating enforcers.
They're going to know - one way or another. It's not like we countermeasures enthusiasts simply exist in a black-box void, and our conversations are top-secret.
To be honest, Fritter's own enforcement limits are set (granted that this is without me having seen those areas, first-hand) in what I would truly think was a very fair, and very generous manner.
Honestly, if all enforcers would have Fritter's attitude about fairness - as well as what kind of drivers to specifically go after - I truly think that at least 60 to 75% of us would not be here, in this community, to begin with.
