The feds came and demanded it back as it was 'US GOVERNMENT PROPERTY', according to this article:

However, if you place anything on my car I think it would now be my property =). I think placing it on another car such as your neighbors and letting them tail that would be fun =P

Hahaha! Find it, leave it in place, and have fun with it. Might be worth hiring a neighborhood kid to drive the 610 loop all day on a Sunday for no good reason at all.

I'd find an out of state/province plated car and stick it on that vehicle. Preferably somewhere far far away!
