Video: CB Chatter and VASCAR Lines

On my way up to NH to meet kpatz and Immigrant came across a slow down. CB let me know what was up ahead.

Nevere really thought much about the vascar lines....but makes total sense...bastids...lol

In some parts of NH they have them all the way across the road. Mostly on the non divided state highways with 55ish PSL's. Still haven't seen an aerial trap, but I've heard about them.
