GREat the imfamous self cal i got it about 2 weeks ago for about 10 15 sec and then it fixed it self thank god now i just sit here and think great did i just waste 2 hundred plus dollars .... so the hole audio thing is really worring me... GOODNESS.... what to do what to do should i go sti or should i just get a dam@ v1 !!! im tired of belscort's problems!!!

I have had that happen before on my X50. It is really no big deal. It is just calibrating itself which is kind of nice. Since you own a BelEscort, you can always reset the unit once in a while just in case you think it is acting up. I really LOL knowing the U.P has POP mode. Where did they get the money for that.

Out of righting tickets for the stupidest of violations ... they first follow you for like ten blocks then they target you for speed but they do go ka and pop crazy atleast they have been .... i got 5 pop alerts last night driveing and following this one officer hed target pop then instant on ka then pop then instant on ka and so on going back and forth all the way up and down us-2 west bound... I don't know but they have it i would guess from mph industries deals they have going on they are trying to sell there units pretty bad from what it sounds like i think this pop thing is a sales ploy to help them save there company reallly as jimbonzz will agree im sure... because pop mode is inaccurate and as jimbonzz says it even says in the user's manual that citaions are not to be issued from this mode only the intial speed idea of how fast you are going then they go constant on or instant on on you .... But all i see it as is more warning time for me to slow down it gave me twice as much time to slow down when he went pop and I was heading towards him..... Why don't you ask the officer who was shooting the stalker lz1 where they get there money i don't know i haven't seen them shooting the lz1 since but they had one and i got clocked with it i about 10 sec... So they have money...

Hold the top two buttons and mute button at the same time, it will then show the REV # and reset itself. Hold the 3 buttons for a few seconds.

hmm.... you might not know it, but there is a mute button on the front display of the x50 itself, dont hit the mute button the the smart plug. then hold both the top black buttons, and the mute button with the groves on the x50's display for a few seconds. The x50 has to be on.
