I just got off the phone with Escort anything with a regular 8500 is a flat 79.95.

The buttons on the top of my escort dont really work right, but everything works just fine. Anyone who has taken these apart, can you tell me how easy it is to get this fixed by my self? Im not going to pat $80 just to get my buttons fixed, especially if I can do it myself. If I do take it apart will escort still fix it if I have a service req. later on or am I SOL. Any help would be great.
