Default is this normal for the self cal?

Well today I got the dreaded self cal (actually like 10 minutes ago) and I got it not once but twice before I even got off of my street. Is it normal or should I expect a service required soon?

I was hoping I wouldn't hear that. It seems to detect things earlier now actually. The falses around me were picked up noticably furthur. Owell, I planned on buying a v1, so if I do have to send it in, ill be good.

unfortunately I agree with Steve, if it was just the once then I would say otherwise, but 2 in a period of probably 10 minutes, thats reason for concern

Do not expect to see huge differences with the V1. Expect to see big differences with LIDAR and rear detection. I am just telling you this so you do not expect miracles with the V1

Yea I know. But I'd rather get a v1 then an rx65 or something

well getting the X50 fixed will be ALOT cheaper than any of those alternatives, but i agree if I was given the choice of another top 3 after my X50, i'd get the Valentine

xxbilley, if you have longer range on alerts it means the oscillator is in tune. I would be more worried if it doesn't detect anything at all, i say if it happens again then send it in
