    Does anyone know when Bel and Escort merged?

    Beltronics went bankrupt in 1999. In early 2000, Escort INC bought up all of Beltronics assets.

    im between bel escort and valentine 1, hearing bel went bankrupt kind of bothers me. should i now narrow it down to valentine 1 and escort or keep bel in mind even though its basically the same as escort?

    There is no reason to worry about BEL now they are merged with escort both are the smae company now
