X50 Changing Sound of K/Ka Band

I just reset my revision 5... and the tones changed...

How do you change the sounds/tones of K and Ka?

hold down the top 2 buttons at the same time until it says "programs". then keep on pressing the left one till you get to "tones", then push the right one till is says "tones loud". just leave it for a couple of seconds then it will say complete.

The X50 Loud Tone on Ka is awesome. It gets my attention.

X2..... their not kidding when they labeled it LOUD.
I tried leaving it on Normal mode but with the windows down
or radio turned up a little I can't really hear it.
Guess the age is starting kick in.

In the car, I use the standard tone. When in the truck, I use the loud tone. The windows shut, auto mute on, the windows down, auto mute off.

I personally prefer NO automute, but put it on when I have my wife in the car. She HATES the constant beeping!
