Is the 6.3 good? Any tips on how it reacts?
i bought my rev. 6.3 in june in denver, colorado at a best buy. in my town (sterling), the leo use constant on k band and so do the county sheriffs. all i can tell you is that the 6.3 has great range on constant on k band. (knock on wood)
Well that sounds good. I just ran into a leo today and he was shooting KA. The X50 didnt even beep till i seen him about 200-250 feet away but he was shooting the other way. After I passed him, I was picking him up for a good minute. If I was coming from the other way i would of gotten really good advance notice.
I just got my 2nd x50 like 2 days ago, come to find out its rev.6.1. Is 6.3 any better? Should I try to get 6.3?
To tell you the truth, i wouldnt be able to tell you what version is better since the only version ive had is 6.3. Someone else with more experience than i would have to answer that one.
I've got a Rev.5 (the date on the bottom says 0204 so I guess Feb 2004). Just got it freshly tuned up and slapped it on eBay =X

wait.. so is the rev 5 really that bad? I just got one off craigs list for 175.. Perfect condition number on bottom reads 4105... I checked and it's a rev 5... Should I just resell it and find a newer rev? Anyone know what exactly is different between the rev 6.3/6.1 and 5? Thanks
