9500i: Owners check in... Ramp Up - Fix.

yeah, thats what I thought it meant. So far it's hard to describe the ramp up, mixed feelings....
From the looks of it so far, it has the same problems. I had 3 automatic doors today, for all of them it was like three slow beeps followed by full BEBEBEBEBEBEBE couple seconds later. I also tried to find where the signal was coming from (which door). In the search, I got one beep every couple seconds until i drove up 30 feet from the door where it went crazy.
One of the them was caused from the read entrance of a building, which was pretty hard to find. So from the looks of it so far, 2207 does not have the problem fixed, but I dont really mind it, I thought it would be a lot worse.

My 17 07 got a KA alert about 3/4 of a mile from a state trooper around a curve and the ramp up was better than my 1st 9500I I had.

Overall i have been very impressed with my new 9500I.

Ok, mine is 22 07... ramp is not up to par.... don't trust it. Can't drive with confidence.... I just ordered a Bel STi ... so I am testing both for a week... see which one response to what. I am not impressed with the 9500i.. about to send it back...

I dont know the rampup on the Kband, I havent encountered it yet.

Just got my second 9500i today. It's 22 07
I have seen a little better K band a few seconds sooner sometimes.
No KA alerts yet
ON my was to work today I was hit with laser with my older 9500i I was able to slow down In time. He got the car just a little behind me. I do have a black grand prix so that helps. The 9500 does have better laser alert than the 8500 x50.

the STi ramp up unfortunately is not any better. so far I've had great success with both.

I just took delivery of my 9500i today. It's a 21 07. I haven't even taken it out of the case yet, I'm at work, but I'm going to play with it when I get off. At 2 a.m.

Well I have been driving around with my 22 07 for a day. I can see nothing different about the software at all. My other 9500 is an 05 07 beeps at the same time and ramp up is the same :x
Sorry about the bad news. Maybe Escort is not listening at all, why no fix no usb port yet.
