Can any one prove a RD is better than X50..

According to some test some RD are performing better. But these tests are not in real life. Closed roads. limited speed. ........

I have 9 real encounter videos. which proves me X50 is the best performing RD against Ka bant.

So if you think that your RD performs better so prove it. Send the real encounter performance of your RD. We will see than.....

something is VERY fishy about those videos, i have an rx65 an original 8500 and a rev 5 x50, and i have never gotten range like that. something tells me you just were sitting in the car with the gun or you had your friend help you in that car :wink:

First of all, it is Ka "band" not "bant" and the GOL has already proven that the Valentine One and the STi own the X50 on Ka band.

Even Bel has gone back to the older and more expensive G1S7 horns on their Vector and RX series detectors compared to the horn which is still used in the X50. The reason? Better Ka performance.

I'm curious about the horn question as well. I have an X50 (Version 5).
What horn is used within it?

In my opinion, A Test is just that and most vary every time. There seems
to be no " real " constant because of changing conditions and situations.
Any of the $299.00 or better Detectors preform well beyond expectations for
most peoples needs.

Yes, some do have a few milliseconds better gain on the other but reaction
time is slower then the chips used in these detectors. So yes one may be
better technically then the other but in reality nothing is really gained.

Would anyone agree on this?
