    Default X50 results from GOL's latest review

    Is anybody else a bit disappointed?

    Don’t worry the next test the x50 will be back on top again. That’s why I stuck with my 9500I, I knew it would be on top at some point.

    I think it's down to the difference in antennas between the old and new versions. In previous tests the M4 versions lagged behind the Revision 5< and standard 8500.

    Also, keep in mind that the straight line test doesn't give you real world results. You are losing a lot of stray signal in these tests which greatly increase the sensitivity of all the detectors.

    The V1, 9500i and STI sure put in some nice numbers though.

    Yea I think the m4 was tested, not the older horn the s7, which is a nice rd platform

    Actually, I have 2 BLUE S7 Rev.5 X50s, and one is quite a bit more sensitive than the other, despite the less sensitive one just coming back from Escort freshly tuned, and "within spec".

    The 5 revision # is the best on k band detection. I can attest to this!

    Damn here this whole time Ive been telling people that the Cobra ESD8200 is the best everything else is over priced. Ill remember that next time.
