The average detector buyer, who accounts for a large percentage of all users, will indeed not check the web site, especially not that special tech page.
He will perhaps read the manual, but that doesn't include the information about the 1/10 mile radius (unless I am mistaken; have to prepare for a big meeting this afternoon, so I don't have time to review it now).

Even then, until this issue is fixed, the "1/10 mile radius" isn't even accurate due to the extension of the 1/10 mile radius arising from other signals being encountered which appear to extend the range as per various members' findings and your videos.

Escort has a winner on their hands IF they can just fix the audio ramp-up (even forgetting about Truelock entirely).
