Default Noob here... just want to say hello!

I'm going to visit my dad in south Fl. for thanksgiving and I dont want to pay another ticket to the Florida state patrol  ... So I thought I'm better invest my money in a jammer/shifter + radar detector. So here I'm

I just purchased a new Passport SRX from eBay for my turbo M3, after doing a lot of research somethig told me to go with escort.. I hope it works as good as the rewievs I read online.

I'll be getting it by mid next week and I'll be installing it by friday/saturday.

If any one has tips/recomendations please go ahead.. they are more than welcome.

Welcome to the forum. I think you'll like the SRX but start saving for a diode jammer. FLA is listed as using Laser Atlanta products. SRX won't do sh*+ against that gun.

Different jamming technology and far more effective against almost all guns.

BTW: I should clarify the ZR3 jams Laser Atlanta but causes a jam code. Whatever that's worth.

In my world it's nothing but ProLaser 3s. So the ZR3 is fine.

Well, I wouldn't suggest eatting it but it works very well.
I say that this is a far more advanced Jammer than your
    typical led jammer.

The object is to get the cops to eat it.

Well after reading that I 'm in shock…. I think I went with the most expensive and obsolete system....

So now the jam codes... I thought they were bad for areas where jammer are illegal but for Florida and my home state Georgia it's ok if the cop gets a jam code right?

I also thought that if the cop targets my car at 1400ft and I get protected until the 1200ft I should have an alarm on so I can slow down so they don’t get me speeding?
