X50 with anoying sound Final Update

Hi all, my X50 felt on the floor of my car this weekend and i noticed that theres a little anoying sound coming out of it, i dont know if it was like that before it felt too. The sound disapears when i put the RD display in fully dark mode. I dont know if you guys X50s are doing that kind of sound? heres the audio http://www.filefarmer.com/SpeedFreak/test1.mp3 In the audio im turning it on with MAX brightness and then i switch to fully dark,min,med and max brightness. I think youll have to put the volume up a little bit to hear what im talking about. can you guys tell me what you think about this?

TRy to reset it and see if it will go away.

If its still under warranty, try sending it in and hopefully Escort will repair it for free.

Thanks for the replies guys, i tried to reset it 3 times and it did nothing, did any of you noticed that kind of sound on your X50s??? you ear it only when theres no ambient sound around it, and if you put your ear close to it you can still ear it.

Must be coming from the display, perhaps a short... is there any vibration?

Can't LED's make that sound when one is about to burn out?
