    Default Car Stolen

    Just woke up this morning from a call from the cops. my mothers can had been stolen. and my car is broken down so my 9500i was in there. I hope its still in there! I know its not though

    update....we got the car back. but all those bastards left me was the mounting bracket!

    Was it stolen in her drive way. Homeowners insurance may cover it.

    Yes it was stolen from the drive way. but unfortunatly they have ran into some hard times and cannot afford homeowners insureance.

    I bet they won't even get $100 for it when they pawn it.

    If you got the SN and you can find it in a pawn shop I believe they're legally supposed to hand it over. I think.

    That is correct, every night they have to compile a list of what they have with serial numbers and give it to the authorities. If they are found to have stolen property they face sever penalties. At least here in KY that's how it works.

    I'm sorry about your loss, and I hope everything gets worked out. I hate to see bad things happen to honest, good people.

    Fear not karma will catch up with them.

    I think your 9500I was trying to tell you something different the other day when it said “Powering down. Please unplug". It was telling you to take it home. :cry:
    Who knew the 9500I was so smart it would know when it was going to get stolen. :?
