Default Pictures of SR7 SRX Interior Circuit Board ? [jimbonzzz]

Does anyone have pictures of the eternals of one of these. I intend on buying one in the future, but need to plan ahead for where I am going to put it. I'm going to go the route of ericonphoenix and have the SR7 V1 combo, and hopefully the shifters too. I have room to put the V1 concealed display, but I might have to move it depending on my ability to manipulate the SR7 display.

Long story short, does anyone have pictures?

I assume that is the front head, what I'm looking for is the display

I have mine mounted so that I can see it through the steering wheel as I drive.

Have you ever opened it up though? I'm looking for a picture of the inner circuitry of the SRX/SR7 control display. Also, have you ever used the vertical text setting, is it actually useful or just annoying?

I just bought a SR7 tonight, so I should be installing it over the weekend. I am just trying to plan ahead a little bit. I have already bought an extra center console to my car so I have no worries about hacking it up.

If I mount it horizontally, it would be here:

If I mount vertically, I would put it on the side trim. The manual says you can switch the font alignment but I don't know if that is going to be to my tastes.

There is enough room to stash the box back their, but I might still have to disassemble it a little.

If you are going to mount the shifters put all 3 of them up front. The one on the rear won't do much and would be more of a pain in the long run.

Your install is going to look great, can't wait to see the pics.

Mounting all 3 shifters up front will surely make your front protection better, but will leave the back completely unprotected and you will not have any laser detection from behind. Just a thought.

I still have my V1, so I'll still have detection. That's already custom installed, I'll post pictures of everything when I'm done, its going to be top notch all the way.

When I got my recent citation, which was a laser shot from the rear, it was at very close range. I think there is a good chance that your V1 mounted on your windshield would not have alerted since the laser beam is very small at 354', which is how close the LEO was to me. Then again, a rear shot from this close, at the angle the LEO was to me, is a ticket with almost any jammer, so what really is the point?!

I don't know if the pictures are of enough detail, though.....
