OKay, so little over a week ago I sent my x50 in for sevice. I called the escort on the 11th to see what was going on after 5 days. They told me that it has been logged in on the 10th and that they would contact me and take the money from my card when its done. So, two days ago, escort took the 59.95 out my bank account. But, I still have not heard from them. Is this normal?
I don't know. Try using their online chat tomorrow and ask them. Have your RMA number handy to give to the chat person.

I forgot to mention that today I was quoted their standard 7-10 days for Escort to reflash my 9500i which they received yesterday. That is what they quoted 6 months ago when I sent in my STi for its reflash for the 33.8 bug. Well, from a CS standpoint its always good to quote long and then surprise the customer with a faster turnaround. Escort had my STi for just 5 or 6 days before it was on its way back.

they never told me my rd was on the way back. it will just show up without notification unless you call and ask, no?
yeah that rele upsets me. I called them and they told me of it got sent back two days ago. It just its suppose to be service to us. I know there are a lot of people that have escorts. I just wanted to be treated better. They asked for my contact info. If your not going to contact me, dont bother and ask for it. I guess its to much to ask for, "Dear, mr. galvin we sent you back you x50."
