WOW! Great Service!
I sent my 9500i in for replacement because sometimes the left half of the display would not light up during power up if the unit had been powered down for a while. I would have to cycle the power once or twice to make the display work properly. Anyhow, they sent me a shipping label which I used to ship the unit back on the 19th. Escort received it yesterday. I just received the replacement unit. The very next day. WOW! Great service!

Hopefully this wasn't just the shipper screwing up and all they done was brought you back the same exact unit that never even made it to Escort.

Nope, brand new sealed box with a different serial number and an 0508 manufacture date on it. I waited to send it in, because I knew I was going to be making a road trip to Phoenix for a buddy's 40th. Even the woman started to warm up to the whole RD idea. She finally got to see the usefulness of them with 3 long range saves and a quite a bit of time shaved off of the long drive. She even said once, "I'm bored.
