Default Anyone else seem to have to drive with their Escort?

I was out west this weekend and I was going out for a bit on Sunday night and my aunt said take her Toyota Camry since the weather here in STL and other parts of the southern midwest as well as northern midwest and places like Kansas has been scary, frankly. I was like 'nahhh' but ended up putting my car in the garage and taking hers but not before grabbing my RD.

Same thing today. Had to run over to my other aunts and was leaving (in my car) and got out and went inside to get the keys to her car so I could get it back out. I am glad I did too. Saw two LEOs on the way and I dont like to make eye contact but I swear the one was looking me down. Yikes!

I am impressed with these things so much and am sold for life. I think I am the only person in my family who has one. My one buddy with an RX65 has got every family member with something in their car from a Cobra to a V1. I am getting a new windshield in my car tomorrow and opted out of the IR glass just so I could mount the 8500 up high one of these days. They really are great!

Wife and I went out yesterday in her car and she hates RD's (trying to change that but that's another topic) - I drove and felt naked driving w/o it. I hate driving anywhere w/o the RD!

This is why I own 3. I put them in all my cars.

My father has then in his cars too so I rarely get caught in such a situation as you posted above.

One in every car the family has. A Variety package for sure..

    Mine-V1
    Hers-9500i
    Son-1 8500 X50
    Son-2 8500 (Old one)

I only drive cars 1 and 2 and really enjoy the change at times. I have X band off on the V1 so makes for a quiet drive here in Dallas.

I found my self in 80 acres of Vermont forest driving my quad missing my 9500I. I actually was thinking of mounting it.

That's so funny! They seem to be a part of us now. I need to get another mount and leave it in the bag I use for when I swap cars. That way it will always be with me. Its my boy!

my buddy just got another speeding ticket i think his fourth... I told him he could take my x50 for the weekend when he went home. Wanted him to get a test run so he would buy one. Said he got 1 save and then he almost **** his pants once when he got full blast K band from a sign.

luckily i didnt have much gas in the car and with the prices I have been trying to hold back my driving, so I wasnt in the car as much as normal but I felt very vulnerable and felt myself a lot more cautious and nervous while cruisin about.
