Default Should i upgrade my I for an ix?

Should i upgrade one of my 9500I's to an ix and do some testing?

I don't really need the extra features of the ix, but i do like having the top gadgets.

    what do you think?

If you want to upgrade, go for the CI. Why settle for the same platform?

I can get the CI relatively cheep, so that may be an option if it jams the laser guns used in CT. I don't know what laser guns they use here in CT so im not sure how good the CI will end up being.

IDK, its time for me to try something new again but if im going to fork over $400 or more it would be for a stealth V1 (that doesn't exist, yet)or the CI.
$125 is certainly feasible for now, close to $1000 really isn't.

There is so much junk to weed through, bad or misinformed information, im waiting. The other problem i have is i can get Escort products at a good deal but they are mediocre at jamming.
LI is good but i don't even donate to poor children, so why would i donate to a jammer foundation.

Look at the front of your car. Its headlights are small, it is a dark color, and there isn't one flat area on the front of your car. The 9500ci with its ZR4 heads should work wonderfully on your car compared to my metallic gold colored Hyundai which has a large flat front area on the bumper for the front license plate. Even the chromed bar on either side of your Accura logo is sloped. To see how inherently stealthy your car is against laser, simply stand back 40 feet from it at night and shine a flashlight at the front of your car. The few areas which reflect the flashlight's light really well are the only areas which will produce a strong laser signal return. This much I have figured out.

Aside from this, get an old large dual suction cup windshield mount off of eBay, add some hook-and-loop fastener, and then temporarily mount either a STi-R or 9500ci radar antenna to it. Be prepared to be blown away by the increased K and Ka band performance! You will be amazed.

Lol, why is the V1 even an option? If you're even considering going to the ix, then that probably means that you're satisfied enough with your 9500i to give its older sibling a try. I'd keep the 9500i over getting a V1. And I've owned one for 5 years.

Just wanted to throw in a tease for the V1 zombies.

I really like my 9500I and am very curious how the ix compares.
Everyone does have a good point though, the CI would be the next logical option.
