Detector tools version 1.4 have bugs ?

I've noticed that my autopower feature is set to "off" manually through the detector but when you open detector tools 1.4 it will always say "on". So my autopower feature is set to off but detector tools 1.4 always says its on, bug ?

I just checked and mine does not do this (My autopower is off on the detector and shows as off in Detector Tools) ... did you click "Review" in Detector Tools to display your detector's settings?

Very interesting observation, mine does exactly the same thing. It very well may be a bug in the sw but in fact may be off anyhow. I changed a few other settings to verify this behavior, AutoMute (changed it to off) and Meter Options (changed it to Spec Mode), both of which were reflected properly in the sw. I'll just say for the record that I'd trust what the detector says over the sw any day. So, my theory here is that's it's done this way on purpose as a safety or energy conservation feature.
