Default Regarding K band auto lockouts ...

for speed signs ... how is this handled?

For instance, on my daily commute, I run across k-band speed signs in a school zone that I pass on my way to work ... after three times, will this signal be automatically ignored?

I know I have ability to override this, but I am curious as to how this actually works and what do most of you do?

A fixed K band speed sign is seen as a normal false alert by the 9500 and it will lock it out just like it locks every other false alert out. Now, because these signals are usually detected for very long distances, they sometimes take 4, 5 or 6 times passing it to get it completely locked out, but eventually, they do get locked out. I have lots of these signs around me and they are all locked out and dead silent on all of my 9500s.
