Just got my 9500ix, and I am not impressed with Customer Support. Everytime I start Detector Support program I get a box that comes up "Detector Tools has stopped working". Detector Tools will still work. Customer Support is clueless. One CSR said he never heard of that problem, and the problem is with my PC. Duh, that's why I'm calling. The CSR said I was on my own, which I promptly informed him that I have 30 days to return the unit.
Any ideas? Running Vista 64. So far in the brief 20 minutes I ran the 9500ix in my car it was a lot quieter than my V1. Hate to return the 9500ix. Detector Tools will recognize and update the unit, just like to get rid of the error message.
