Does anyone know if the 9500ci will continue to alert for a minimum number of seconds after a LIDAR hit?
For example: With a LIDAR hit, the 9500ci will alert for laser, announce "front laser shifting" and then continue to give beeps.
Will the beeps stop as soon as the LEO stops targeting you? With the 9500ix I could tell how long the LEO was targeting me so to assume where he got a reading. With the 9500ci, I'm unsure how long he's been targeting me, if he got an instant reading, etc.
Usually I'm traveling 20-25 mph over the PSL, so any reading will warrant a stop. It's those times I'm only doing 10 mph over the PSL that I'm unsure where he got a reading (since GA law requires a 10 mph grace period by local police agencies if not in a school or residential zone).
