    Default Police following you

Hi, I am a new to radar detectors and I have had several cops follow me? This is from when they were parked on the side of the road to merge into traffic. I live in NH so they are legal, and I wasn't speeding when they did it. This happened twice in one day, does this happen to you guys? BTW can u fill me in with a few useful tips. I have the X50.

Well, my first thought is, you must be a hottie. If you are, there's your answer.

If you're not, dude, lose the "im trafficking a tonage of good chit" look and the limb hanging out of your trunk!

X50 tips, go to this forums BEST OF category, hit the where to mount link and then go to the Beltronic Escort link and browse the X50 headers.

Lots of excellent info. Take a little time, read thru, it'll be worth it.

    Speedsafe,

    X

A Montreal police van was following me coming up to a red light, so I took my foot off the gas and coasted up to the light at 10 miles per hour, he didn't look happy, then when it went green I accelerated to the speed limit and held there. He changed lanes and zoomed past me

Nice to see people posting from the free state!

Anyway, I think one common conception among RD users is that they are being "followed" or "singled out." I think that we may just think that way... may not be for real.

thanks guys, i deceded to just mount it lower cuz i had it mounted high. It shouldnt change performance that much so I think I'm good. It been less than a week and its already paid for itself, given that I am good at picking out cops anyways, the X50 is awsome.

LOL, yeah I skimmed through a lot of stories here before I registered... Outrun seems to have the best of the best when it comes to them.

BTW: The ava. is killing me here, can't wait to see what Roy says.
