Well, I just got off the phone with Escort. The guy I spoke with .... put me on hold to ask his supervisor how to handle the situation. Within a couple minutes, I was told that my unit will be repaired not replaced within the week
. I was also told that Escort does acknowledge an issue with 35.5 and that they will have a shipping label sent out immediatly for a return of my Redline. They would not go into details, but the guy mentioned that it is a software issue that will need to be resolved. I asked him if he had heard of this issue before. He told me that it was not issue before, but was "quickly becoming one".
