Hey Radar Kid, I'm in the Kissimmee/St. Cloud area and the LEOs here will hide off axis and use instant on, run in packs, and even "shoot down" from bucket trucks disguised as traffic signal repair crews in the median. They had a great "sting" here last year where they had an officer dressed as a homeless guy holding a "Slow down Police speed trap " cardboard sign in the median of a major intersection radioing descriptions of cars to target and they were writing up to 75 speeding and red light running tickets an hour! The LEOs got some flack from Homeless advocates saying that they were giving Homeless people a bad name.
They are even using laser to ticket speeders driving their kids to school. I have been VASCARed in the past, so I definately use my CB when I drive on I-4 and the FL Turnpike for FHP. Have fun down here, but be careful.
