I was driving through Nevada awhile back, and after cresting a small hill, I encountered a NHP unit center divide (one of those very wide dirt divides - 50 yards across) and visually saw the NHP before Redline alerted. I was thinking to myself 'when is he going to shoot I/O'? It then went to full scale (I was at PSL before cresting the hill from CB radio alert). I'm not sure if the delay was the LEO not paying attention, or the Redline taking awhile to spool up.
What is the point blank (under 50 yards) alert delay for RL? I recall someone here posting a chart - but I don't recall if it included alert delay.
